Shopping with us is pretty straightforward and we do whatever we can to make your shopping experience as enjoyable as possible. When you have selected the items you wish to purchase, simply pop them into your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout. There you will be asked to enter your details and where you would like your goods delivered to. Once you have accepted our standard Terms & Conditions, then you will be taken to our secure payment provider. We partner with one of the largest payment service providers to ensure peace of mind and a secure payment process.
Once you have paid, then you will receive an email confirmation detailing your purchase. Only once your goods have been shipped from our warehouse will we draw the amount you have paid. All prices include VAT.
Our online store accepts most major international credit cards – Visa, Mastercard, Visa/Dankort, Visa electron, Maestro, JCB & American express. We never store credit card details and never draw a greater amount than you have accepted to pay for your goods. We partner with one of the major payment service providers and our payment system employs a secure connection to ensure total peace of mind. We will never share your card details with anyone.
The purchase amount is only drawn from a customer's card once the order has been sent and never before.
All goods that are purchased with us, are sent out within one working day of the order having been received. Over holiday periods, there may be a slight delay, but we will do our best to make sure this is kept to an absolute minimum.
We send our parcels out using GLS and you can have it delivered to your home or work place. By partnering with only the best logistics companies, we want to make sure your whole shopping experience with us, is as enjoyable and efficient as possible. Most orders are shipped within one business day of the order being placed, and it takes 2-7 business days to arrive by standard ground shipping depending on location.
If you regret your purchase before the goods are shipped from our warehouse, its best to give us a call or send us an email as soon as possible. Because service is really important to us, we send goods out within 24 hours, so you need to be quick to cancel your order!
When you shop with us, you will always have a standard 28 days to return goods. If we receive a parcel after the 28 days have expired, then we retain the right to refuse acceptance of returns. If you regret your purchase within the 28 days, simply return the parcel to us, unused and in the same condition as you received it. All original packaging should be included in the returns parcel. To return in Denmark, you will get a link to use, for orders outside Denmark, simply send us a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a returns label.

As a Kronstadt shopper, there is a standard, two-year warranty on all products. The warranty doesn’t cover damages directly or indirectly occurred as a result of mistreatment of the products. In short, you look after your Kronstadt fashions, and they will look after you!
When you shop with us, we only ask for your personal details, so we can send your products to you. This isn’t something we ever share with anyone else. If you wish to sign up for news from us, then once again, we will never disclose this information to any third parties. All data is stored safe and sound on our encrypted servers for 5 years and after that it is automatically deleted.
