We work to get your order to you as soon as possible. Most orders are shipped within one business day of the order being placed, and it takes 2-7 business days to arrive by standard ground shipping depending on location. If you have not received your parcel within 7 days please take contact to us at customerservice@kronstadt.dk.

The Kronstadt store accepts Visa Dankort, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron and JCB.
What are the charges for Shipping?
Orders sent to European countries cost 6 euro and we ship orders over 70 euro free of charge.
